PAYMENT METHODS

We offer various options for paying for your order. You will be presented with the available payment methods during the ordering process. These may vary depending, for example, on whether you have provided a different delivery address, whether we have outstanding invoices, or the order value. You will, of course, always be informed about the status of your order via email.

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER/PAYMENT IN ADVANCE

If you would like to pay in advance, we will reserve your order – and you can simply transfer the outstanding amount to our account within the next ten days. Once payment is received, your wines will be sent directly to your home.

PAYPAL

PayPal is the online payment service that allows you to pay easily, securely, and quickly in online shops. Selecting this payment method will redirect you to PayPal. Once you've entered the required information, you'll automatically be returned to the shop to complete your order. The payment will be debited from your PayPal account and, in the event of a return, will also be refunded directly to your PayPal account. Shipping will occur immediately after successful payment confirmation. (In our experience, this only takes a few minutes.)

CREDIT CARD

Direct credit card payment (Mastercard/VISA) is not currently possible. However, you can pay indirectly via PayPal.
