Redentore's Rosé is a superb, strawberry-flavored Prosecco with fine bubbles. It's produced using the traditional Charmat method. With its light pink color and delicate, lingering aromas of fresh strawberries and raspberries, this is our favorite. The palate is soft and balanced with fresh fruit flavors and minimal acidity. This Prosecco is perfect as an aperitif, but can also be served with salads or various cheeses. The wine is fermented with native yeasts and is sulfur-free, as well as vegan.
