The gently vinified wine from Tinazzi "Ca de Rocchi" impresses with an intense and complex flavor of red fruits (especially sour cherries, blackberries, and dried fruits). This dry yet very juicy wine also features balanced and well-integrated tannins. What's special about this wine is that the finished wine is placed over the skins of Amarone until a second fermentation takes place.
